A two hour yoga and brunch experience, hosted at Morgan's on Fulton. The experience will include a yoga class, led by Paige, where students will flow through a series of yoga poses to help melt tension and energize the body from the inside out. After that, yogis will refuel with brunch stations, including fresh fruit, yogurt and granola parfaits, grilled veggie egg white frittatas, turkey sausage, and baked oatmeal, mimosas, coffee, tea, and freshly-squeezed juices.
Calm your mind and body with this 60-minute beginner-friendly vinyasa flow, led by Paige. In this class, you'll set an intention, move to the beat of your breath, and melt tension through breathwork, meditation and movement.
